Enabling teachers to involve parents in their children's school day – celebrating achievements together.

Over the past 18 months, I led the unification of a diverse product suite built on different tech stacks. To create a seamless experience, I developed the concept of an “Omnibar” – a universal navigation bar allowing users to switch between apps, access support and use an advanced Command Palette to search and act across all products. This involved solving complex UX and technical challenges, ensuring consistency and clarity across multiple products.

The focus of this project was to create a seamless onboarding experience ahead of a multi-product and mobile app launch. I addressed technical and UX challenges, redesigned the invitation and verification process, and developed comprehensive onboarding resources to support teachers and parents. The goal was to ensure users received a smooth, engaging, and consistent introduction to the products, leaving a positive first impression.
