Hey! I’m Emma Richardson. My early career spans design agencies and academia – including lecturing in Interface Design at Leeds University – which has deepened my passion for creating impactful digital experiences. Since joining EdTech 10 years ago, I’ve led cross-functional teams to simplify complex workflows, evolve design systems, and turn user insights into intuitive, scalable and meaningful solutions.
Using both research and rapid iteration, I create thoughtful, accessible interfaces that meet business goals and deliver real value to users – especially in education, where good design can make a tangible difference for schools and parents alike.
Outside of work, I love to sail high maintenance wooden boats on the Norfolk Broads and spoil my high maintenance Cockapoo!
